Galina Moskaleva was born in 1956 in Belarus. She works as an artist and photographer, and is one of those who created the new Russian photography. Together with Boris Michalov, she attained international acclaim in the beginning of the 90s. Her photos of children damaged by radiation from Tjernobyl are in the collection of the Modern Museum of Art in Stockholm. Galina works in Moscow. Her pictures are shown around the world.
