Xchange
The Xchange network is an open streaming media resource hosted by Re-Lab in Riga. The mailing list serves a community of independent artists and media orgs alerting subscribers to streaming events, technical information and news. All subscribers can programme their stream content into an open channel built using the Irational World Service Scheduler. Re-Lab also publish a print magazine called 'Acoustic Space' which is a collection of writings from the mailing list and additional features gleaned from the many festivals that members attend. To help distribute the magazine Xchange subscribers can use a customised Xchange Courier service.
