the s.a.t.h. case.
The 26th of february 1996, we got prosecuted at the London Crown Court, under the CJA (criminal justice act).
We got prosecuted for "Disruption of public order and conspirazy to cause Havoc and Mayhem", in connection with the premier League match between Spurs and West Ham, at the 12th of february.
As the culmination of a long police-investigation called Operation White Horse, we three days later got arrested outside our London residens, after being stopped and seached under section 6 of the Act.
We got prosecuted under section 154, which outlinies a six-month sentence for anyone using insulting language. The section also indicates that displaying any writings, sign or other visible representation which is "Insulting" carries a jail sentence.
Two occassions appeared at the day, that lead to this case.
Firstly a 18th. mins. kick-off delay, which seems to be due to sabotage,
and secondly a crowd riot outside Seven Sisters Station after the match.
We will now take you through the case, by going through the production of evidence.
