"To Surf and Protect"...CyberPatrol is commercial software which works with your Web browser to restrict access to unwanted sites. It has many features to restrict the access to the internet. CyberPatrol allows the user to restrict access by keyword and/or an unwanted internet site list, called CyberNot, that CyberPatrol maintains itself. Another form of restriction is its time management feature. The time management feature allows restriction of when and how much Internet services are used. CyberPatrol contains a password protected on/off switch you can use to turn off CyberPatrol if you wish.

CyberPatrol works in conjunction with most Internet services, including the Web, FTP, Gopher, Chat, and newsgroups. CyberPatrol does work with all online browsers from AOL to Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Currently, CyberPatrol is free to AT&T's WorldNet Service, CompuServe and Prodigy members. CyberPatol costs $19.95 for those who have SurfWatch or Net Nanny (this includes 6 months of CyberNot service). Cyber Patrol Home Edition, the basic internet filtering component of Cyber Patrol, is available to home users free of charge. The product is available for Windows 95, Windows 3.1, and Macintosh (soon).
